Welcome to Scan Safe, a safety management software and mobile app solution. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please review them carefully.

1. Overview

Scan Safe offers a platform designed to streamline safety and compliance management in the construction industry. By accessing our services, including the mobile app and software, you agree to these Terms, including any additional guidelines or future modifications.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities occurring under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

Scan Safe operates on a subscription basis with various payment plans. By signing up for our services, you agree to pay the subscription fees associated with your selected plan.

1. Cancellation Terms:

   • You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing cancel@scansafe.ie with your username and the email address associated with your account.

   • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period.

   • If you cancel a term-based subscription, you will still have access to the service until the end of the current billing term. After cancellation, no further charges will apply unless you re-subscribe.

2. Failure to Cancel in Time:

   If you fail to cancel before the 5-day window, your subscription will be renewed for the next billing period, and you will be charged accordingly.

4. Use of the Software

You agree to use Scan Safe for lawful purposes only. Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to, software, graphics, and user interfaces, are owned by Scan Safe or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the service without our explicit permission.

6. Limitations of Liability

Scan Safe is not responsible for any damages, including direct, indirect, or consequential damages, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such modifications shall constitute your agreement to the amended Terms.
